CLEANING AND DISINFECTION: Every time our apartments are vacated and before the entry of new guests, our STAFF undergoes an exhaustive ECO cleaning and disinfection of each room. Once the cleaning is finished, it is reviewed and approved by our housekeeper.

We use specific top quality products, such as OX-VIRIN (www.grupoox.com) and ozone to guarantee the best possible disinfection against COVID-19.

Bed linen and towels are washed, dried and sanitized according to protocol instructions from the local authorities.

Accommodations and rooms sealed after review.

As a courtesy, we provide all our apartments with hydro-alcoholic gel and enough latex gloves for your arrival.

All our apartments offer Bath gel and Shampoo.

In all our apartments you will find cleaning products and basic utensils.

STAFF: Our staff is in constant instruction and attends to refresher courses and training given by the mutual.
